About Move Welfare Organization:

Job Description for Today Acbar Jobs in Jalalabad – New Acbar Jobs in Nangarhar 2024
- Act according to MOVE organization policies and procedures.
- Responsible to plan, implement, supervision of RH and HQIP activities.
- To ensure implementation of national standard related to Reproductive Health and Basic Emergency Obstetric Care in all FHHs.
- Responsible for monitoring and verification of data in specified indicators of RMNCAH and HQIP.
- To conduct monthly and quarterly supervision of Health facilities RH services, and HQIP.
- To build up common awareness of the communities on main morbidity, safe delivery, planned delivery, STDs and HIV/AIDs and family planning.
- Report, review. analyze and follow up of maternal death cases through death committee
- To develop and follow appropriate referral system from the community to FHHs and from FHHs to higher level centers for complicated cases need refer.
- Responsible for preparing monthly technical activity report and submit for technical manager
- To plan, implement, data entry, feedback, follow the HQIP activities and preparing monthly reports.
- To assist the technical manager for collecting, data entry, analyzing and preparing feedback base on project indicators report (RH, Weekly report…).
- To ensure the Midwifery helpline is available at all FHHs and used by CMWs for health counseling
- Training need assessment of Midwives regarding its knowledge and skill on MCH and BEmONC
- To conduct skills upgrade trainings base on need, and provide on the job training and refresher course for related staff.
- Liaise with RH officer of PHD and NGOs to ensure good coordination regarding RMNCAH services.
- To prepare RH monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Assist organizing supply system of related clinics such as supply of RMNCAH Materials, medicine.
Do whatever related job is delegated by the supervisor.

- Ability to supervise the FHHs at least 40% in a month
- Management skills.
- Communication skills and knowledge of local communities.
- Knowledge of English and Dari Languages.
- Work skills in hard environment.
